Character Model Prototype

My First attempt, a basic wizard model. I created this to see if I can create my characters in max.

I used the skin modifier and the biped feature in max to create a moveable figure. When I tried moving his leg some vertices didnt move and it looked awkard. This was solved by altering the envelopes around each segment. The next step is to find a way to import this into UDK.
